- After earning bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Tokyo, Jumpei joined Uzabase as an early employee, leading multiple teams across business and technology, including as Research Team Leader and Lead Engineer for NewsPicks, contributing to the company’s IPO
- He earned an MBA from IESE Business School, leading multinational teams and winning competitions, including a blockchain innovation challenge
- He then joined McKinsey & Company as a consultant, supporting new business development and digital transformation for large enterprises. Later, at Laboro AI, he served as a Senior Consultant, guiding companies across industries in AI adoption, development, and implementation, contributing to the Laboro AI's IPO
- Loves to code in his free time - won AI coding competition with prize money of 700K JPY

- Graduated from IIT Delhi, India's top engineering institute, in 2014, earning admission placing in top 0.01% nationwide (ranked 487th out of 500,000 applicants)
- Worked as an R&D engineer at a leading Japanese automotive company, conducting research on next-generation products and securing two patents
- Earned an MBA from IESE Business School and was elected MBA Class President, securing over 50% of the votes from a class of 354 students from 54 countries
- Worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising clients in technology, automotive, and healthcare on growth strategy. Received the highest "Distinctive" rating in 360-degree performance evaluations
- Led AI strategy and International strategy development in the CEO’s office of a major Japanese technology company (US$ 25bn+ in revenue), collaborating closely with executives and external board members
