Guest Terms of Use

These Guest Terms of Use (these "Terms") apply to persons who use the conversion features of Nebula (the "Service") without registering an account ("Guest Users"). A Guest User is deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and these Terms at the point at which the Guest User initiates a conversion on a screen displaying a request for consent.

Guest Users may use the conversion features of the Service free of charge, within the limits on the number of uses, file size, and other conditions that the Company displays on the screens of the Service. The Company may change those conditions at any time.

1. Uploaded files and processing results will be automatically deleted once seven (7) days have elapsed from the date on which the conversion was initiated. Deleted data cannot be restored. Please download any processing results you require within that period.
2. The Company will not use Guest Users' files for the purpose of training machine learning models or for any similar purpose.

The provisions of the Terms of Service concerning prohibited conduct apply mutatis mutandis to a Guest User's use of the Service.

No support is provided in connection with guest use. The provisions of the Terms of Service apply mutatis mutandis with respect to the Company's disclaimer of warranties regarding the accuracy of processing results and to other limitations of liability.

1. The Company may change these Terms. The amended Terms apply from the time they are posted on the Company's website.
2. Matters not provided for in these Terms shall be governed by those provisions of the Terms of Service that, by their nature, apply to Guest Users.
